About Me
I believe true transformation begins from within. My coaching philosophy is rooted in the understanding that healing is not just about addressing surface-level challenges, but about creating alignment in mind, body, and spirit. When you feel centered and balanced, every area of your life—relationships, career, health—naturally begins to shift and flourish.
My approach blends metaphysical principles, energy healing, and practical tools that you can carry into daily life. I guide clients through releasing old patterns, grounding their energy, and reconnecting with their inner wisdom. This isn’t about quick fixes—it’s about cultivating clarity, peace, and lasting change in a way that feels authentic and sustainable.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Metaphysical Science and am currently completing my Master’s in the same field. I am also a Reiki Master and a registered nurse with years of experience supporting individuals through healing and life transitions. This unique blend of medical knowledge, holistic practices, and spiritual training allows me to meet clients exactly where they are—whether they are seeking emotional release, spiritual growth, or practical balance in everyday life.
My clients describe our work together as grounding, empowering, and deeply transformative. Above all, I create a safe and supportive space where you can be fully seen and heard. My role is not to “fix” you, but to walk alongside you as you uncover your own power, reconnect with your truth, and step confidently into the life you’re meant to live.

Since starting my coaching sessions with Melinda I feel more inspired. She has helped me tap into my true potential and has helped me to see things from a different perspective.
