I have been in the coaching, wellness and fitness industry for over 20+ years, with over 47,000 hours of MY OWN! nonstop personal growth work using life coaches, spiritual coaches + business coaches for my own needs so I have the understanding of just how valuable being coached is for getting the quickest improvements needed especially at the top of a company where time is moving....REALLY FAST!
As I worked my way up the corp. ladder to the top of the C-Suite and also Co-Founded an Inc. 500 #19 Fastest Growing Co. I have been thru just about everything you can go thru in personal and professional struggle and growth. I know what works and what doesn't and I am here to give you the short cuts to being more productive + feeling you have a handle on the really tough decisions we have to make daily as owners and C-Suite Execs.
As a 20+ year veteran celebrity personal trainer working with clients who owned Fortune 400 Companies to small business owners to first time new female business owners my clientele grew far and wide from word of mouth from the results I was able to help clients achieve emotionally, mentally, intuitively and physically. I have worked with many 'Who's Who' that performed on such acclaimed shows as American Idol, The Voice, Survivor, America's Next Top Model, Ms. America, Suicide Squad, The Avengers, The Walking Dead just to name a few.
I also have years of experience plus high affinity with troubled teen girls, anything from emotions that are out of whack, perception overhauls, eating issues to help guide their touchy ego's back to a safe place where they can function with a good attitude once again.

So to sum it all up; I am ambitious, I am competitive, I am a survivor myself so I know how to help you work yourself out of any of life's shitty situations that arise for ALL OF US :)
