Self Defined is designed to build a relationship between coach and client through trust and a supportive environment. Through this we will discover clients greatest potential and make a change.

I am someone who truly believes in the potential of others. We have this one beautiful life and opportunity to put our true selves into the world. As just one person we are capable of so much-whether it directly impacts ourselves or those around us. We've all had a path to lead us to where we are today, so is this where and who you want to be?

It's so easy for us to have distractions in life that keep us from our core self. It's pretty powerful to think of what we could do if we put our minds to it. I am so excited that you are even entertaining the idea for change and knowing there could be something more.
