About Me

A Masters degree in holistic counseling psychology and 12 years of experience allow me to help you think outside the box on how to achieve your goals. I have a blend of analytical thinking with holistic creativity I use to explore what's happening on the meta level that might be getting in the way. And I believe in adventure and having fun!

I am excited by exploring our relationships to challenge, success, failure, money, our bodies, and lives. These approaches sometimes unearth obstacles in a more powerful way than approaching them directly and with DISCIPLINE. Discipline is just ONE tool for the job, and I believe it's important to enjoy the process as well!

Removing judgment and inviting compassion and play into our success processes often makes things easier, and of course I celebrate your successes with you as well. I look forward to supporting you and being a part of your journey to achieving greater fulfillment!

When I am not supporting others, you'll probably find me at the ice rink playing hockey or attempting to figure skate, crocheting in front of the TV, learning piano, or off exploring new hiking trails or restaurants with friends and family.
