About Me

An experienced professional, entrepreneur, and ICF-certified coach, Mehroo brings over 20 years of diverse career experience. Her background includes key sales and marketing roles at Taj Group of Hotels, Tata Group in India, as a TAS Officer. As the founder of Mums@PLAY, a community platform for women entrepreneurs in Hong Kong, she has demonstrated her commitment to empowering others.

As a Professional Certified Coach (ICF-PCC) and a Certified Mental Fitness Coach (CPQC), Mehroo specializes in Personal Branding and Marketing. She is dedicated to helping individuals gain clarity and confidence in pursuing the careers of their choice.

Mehroo has extensive experience supporting students, having served as Pastoral Lead (Teaching Assistant) at Wycombe Abbey School, Hong Kong, during the COVID-19 pandemic. She provided over 100 hours of pro bono coaching for graduate and MBA students in India and recently partnered with the SENsational Foundation to coach diverse-needs students at Hong Kong University (HKU).

Mehroo holds an MBA in marketing and is an active mother of two boys. Her strength comes from her passion for connecting with people, nurturing young minds and bridging cultures. She serves as Chairperson for the PTA at ESF West Island School and is a Board Member of ICF Hong Kong. Additionally, she mentored for The Women's Foundation and shares her journey through her blog, "From Miss India to Motherhood."

Leading an energetic and active lifestyle, when she is not busy organizing events or coaching, she can be found hiking up the hills around Hong Kong Island, walking her dog.
