About Me

I became a Coach in 2021 after realising that it is possible to do something I really love, as well as, something that comes naturally to me. In the summer of 2020, I decided to move from London to Barcelona. I quit my job and gave-up financial security after experiencing burnout from corporate life coupled with a divorce and moving home - all within a few years.

I am now an accredited ICF Coach, Coach Trainer and Mentor. My mission is to support people to discover what's important to them, what makes them happy and how they can be the best version of themselves.

I am a champion of self-confidence, strong decision-making, self-kindness and living a life that is genuine and fulfilling for you! In our partnership, I will listen to you, support you through the lows and highs, sharing my knowledge and guidance as a Coach to help you make changes in a sustainable and less scary way. My philosophy is based in Kaizen - small steps of courage build confidence towards larger-scale changes!

I partner with clients mainly in 2 ways: The most popular package, Freedom, is over 7 months - averaging 2 sessions a month or via a 6-session package. We can always start with one session and if you're not happy - you don't pay!

My career background is based in London's corporate world, where I worked for 15 years. I have diverse experience in management consultancy, law, project management, sales, and client services. Before becoming a coach, I was the youngest female Director in a global corporate immigration firm and a member of the UK leadership team managing 120 people.

In summary, through my coaching, I provide a safe and confidential space for exploration and growth. I also add real value with practical life tools, easy life hacks and exercises for individuals to achieve their goals, overcome obstacles.
