About Me

Prior to coaching, my professional life was a mix of teaching, helping to create and launch a mentoring non-profit, and media strategy and planning at a few different agencies - all with an emphasis on managing teams, developing sustainable systems and overseeing projects from strategic development through execution.

The through line in all of my jobs has been people. I love building relationships and collaborating with people as they learn, grow and discover more of who they want to be and what they want to accomplish. This realization motivated me to get my coaching certification from iPEC.

Since then, I've worked with female entrepreneurs in a variety of industries, helping them to gain clarity on their goals, create reasonable action plans for achieving them and develop systems and documentation to support their business as it grows. My goal is to provide safe space to process, explore and trouble-shoot, along with strategic guidance and accountability.
