About Me

I'm Meera Jha, an Empowerment Coach. My journey began in 2012 after becoming a Reiki Grand Master. Regular visits to Rishikesh, daily gratitude rituals, chakra cleansing, and yoga became integral to my transformation. Post-COVID, my life coaching program, coupled with counselling, profoundly changed me.

As I intensified my practices, I evolved physically, mentally, and spiritually. Learning psychology made everything fall into place. Now, I combine ancient practices, psychology, and universal energy to empower others.

Having spent 9 years in corporate roles, I transitioned into a successful businesswoman, life coach, and single mother.
In the wellness space for 12 years, I aim to share transformative tools for an empowered and joyous life.
