About Me

I am a friendly and warm coach with good listening skills. I am a licensed clinical doctor who has transitioned into coaching, as I find that I can be of more value to others this way (which of course, is my passion). I am self-employed in various professions and have had to learn how to overcome my past limiting beliefs in all areas of my life on my own. I realized that I should have had a mentor to fast-track my results, and now I would like to be that person for others. My sessions typically involve a mix of some background context, discussion questions, and optional homework before the next session.
