About Me

Aloha. Shalom . Hola. It is an honor to walk alongside you.

I am an experienced, open hearted and caring practitioner, helping people to step into their fullest, most empowered lives - with wholeness, presence, purpose and peace.

The northern star of my work is the important role the mind-body connection plays in healing and growth. My practice is the interweaving of Psychotherapy, BioIntelligence, Neurobiology and Indigenous wisdom. My certifications and continued areas of study include Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic Attachment Therapy, Somatic Experiencing (SE), Brainspotting, Sound Healing and an ever-present training in Shamanic practice.

I view our time together as a shared, supportive and compassionate reminder of ways to reconnect with your most authentic self, while you integrate deep sustainable change. It is my intention to guide you to create a more rooted foundation in your body, mind, heart and soul, from which you can step into greater vitality, presence and wholeness. I strive to promote self-healing abilities and potential, strengthening and developing your support systems, including the people, resources, habits, rituals and environments in your life.

My path is committed to creating a welcoming environment that is diverse, equitable and inclusive, contributing to a society in which quality wisdom and services can be made accessible to all people.
