About Me

My coaching methodology for executives navigating the currents of globalization is based on a Systems methodology with an underlying focus on how to build bridges across cultural, linguistic, generational and gender divides. I accompany clients as they develop Intercultural Awareness, Emotional and Social Intelligence in order to better understand the systems that influence mindsets and perspectives. With Appreciative Inquiry, I engage clients in a positive-focused process based on discovering strengths, shifting perspectives for developing best and next practices and designing realistic action plans while building measurable success through this process. Coaching with the human principles of the 4R competency based approach (Respect, Relationships, Recognition and Rewards) as described in my book – Culture Savvy – working and collaborating across the globe (ASTD 2011), I include the 12 competencies that bring courage and care, empathy and energy as well as the importance of well-being and well-doing into the corporate environment to enable collaborative competitiveness. My approach leads clients through deep reflection and toward action-oriented outcomes. .
Before entering the corporate training and coaching industry, I held management positions in a United States-based multinational as European Product Leader in Microradiology and in a French electronics company as Export Director, responsible for Asia Pacific markets. I have worked and traveled extensively in Europe, the US, Asia and the Middle East, and am fluent in French and English. I divide my time between USA & France and when not coaching or writing, I can be found enjoying a round of golf.
