About Me

Hello everyone, really glad to be here !
My name is Matthias, I'm 25 and I live in the beautiful Switzerland.
I'm beginning this new journey as a Life coach. I used to be very shy, quiet, suffer from stress and anxiety all the time, always in my head, overthinking, reacting and not living.. I was considered a typical "introvert" guy.

I did work on my self, and my personal improvement for quite a long time now. I'm amazed by the progress I've made in the last 4 years. Today, I feel good, calm, peaceful, fulfilled, healthy, loved, with a high energy level from morning to evening. I understood I can be both extroverted, outgoing, goofy, such as introverted, focus, calm, and wise. I call this playing with duality, it is a huge shift you can do as well.

If you feel overwhelmed by this anxiety and stress, and this constant overthinking about every little details, you always want things to be perfect, you got headaches, and you can't really live for yourself because of that. I helped a lot of closed ones and loved ones. I studied and developed some amazing tools and principles that can drastically change your life, in every area of it.

Today I understand the mind, the connection to the body, what creates fear, stress, and anxiety, how to overcome it pretty easily with simple techniques.
Don't worry you do not have to meditate 1h a day, and shut down completely your thoughts (which is impossible by the way).

I can also help with overall health (physical/mind/spirit), nutrition, sport, healthy habits, and routines, that can boost your immune system and your energy level.
