About Me

My coaching philosophy is client centric, solutions-focused and draws upon a servant leadership value system. Each client is met with unconditional positive regard, respect, and a commitment to creating the space and climate necessary for them to discover and grow.

​My methodology is a solution focused approach that leverages cognitive behavioral techniques to assist clients in reframing and reconciling thought patterns that contribute to derailing behaviors as well as build upon existing strengths.

My background includes both corporate and entrepreneurial experiences including sales and leadership roles at Hewlett Packard, turnaround experience in the mid market and the founding, leading and successful sale of a medical technology firm.

Clients appreciate my insight, direct nature and humor in the coaching relationship. I appreciate the confidence and trust my clients place in me and their interest in growing as individuals and leaders.

My experience with Matt has been a bulls eye. He has been able to name what has been needed and how to address those things. On that good start, the work is moving and I am sure the results will be at least as good as is possible. Not to mention, he is a pleasure to be around and to work with. I would recommend Matt very much, if you want these things too.

Flexible. Intuitive. Responsive and Caring. From our first coaching session, Matt helped me set clear goals for what I wanted to accomplish, then guided me through the process by breaking down the steps I needed to take into bite-sized actions. I was so pleased at the structure and focus of each session. I would highly recommend Matt as an executive leadership coach. His follow-through is remarkable, as is his steadfast positive attitude. I would definitely work with him again!
