About Me

I'm a dad, an introvert, a musician, a songwriter, an INFJ (and MBTI nerd), a lover of live music, a hiker, a documentary lover, an outdoor enthusiast, a listener, and lots of other things. Mostly, though, what I enjoy the most is helping people.

I made the decision to become a Certified Master Life Coach because I've always been the guy that my family and friends (and even strangers on occasion) come to when they need a non-judgmental, listening ear and some outside-of-the-box, creative thinking as they're working through life's challenges. I take a lot of pride in the fact that I have helped them successfully navigate through many different things and I think I can help you too!

Sometimes in life, no matter what areas we're trying to improve or what changes we're trying to make, we often already know what we need to do in order to get to where we want to be. But, it's easy to be paralyzed by fear or get stuck in a state of chronic contemplation—unable to take the next next step or make the next move.
