About Me

As a Business Advisor with Cultivate Advisors, Matt Fox brings nearly 15-years of business expertise to the small business community. Today, Matt works with successful small business owners in North America to grow their business and implement change to achieve stronger results. He works with business owners to become the CEO of their company, building out scalable models in their business for long-term growth.

Matt ran his first service-based franchise at the age of 19. He went from being the only employee to building out three operations and production teams of 12 employees. Throughout Matt's career, he has held various business leadership roles including pricing, marketing, project management, and operations management.

Most notably, Matt supported a business's growth from 1,000 stores to 4,000 stores. He spent a decade building out process improvements, implementing change in the organization, managing a $50MM capital growth budget, and leading a team of 1,000 employees; growing merchandise sales $25MM.

Matt has been recognized and awarded for his leadership, process improvements, and achieving business results.
