About Me

I am what I call a “recovering codependent” and “former emotional addict.” I was completely saturated in the rollercoaster of an emotionally charged lifestyle where my moods, fears, and narratives created an internal chaos within me that inevitably sabotaged my relationships and any chance of success in life. Some call it “limiting beliefs,” and I sure had a lot of those. But the root cause was much deeper— I lacked emotional intelligence skills. Over the last 10 years, I have made it my personal mission to develop myself and teach others how to move from lack, feel stuck, and spinning their wheels to living UNSTOPPABLE. I help my clients achieve their goals through a myriad of skill sets, both for their personal and professional lives: communication, authenticity, self-awareness, social management, emotion regulation, self-care, compassionate leadership, and many others.

I have learned that trauma and emotional pain happen to everyone, the key is not in trying to escape it, but developing a personal set of strategies that help each person learn to move THROUGH the inevitable emotions that come your way: grief, disappointment, betrayal, loss, fear, anxiety, depression, ambiguity. When you coach with me, you get a personal guide through the areas of your life where you feel stuck. You’re the player on the field, practicing, implementing the strategies and skills I offer you from the side line. We move down the field together. Life gets messy sometimes—relationships, anxiety, mental blocks—but you don’t have to figure it all out by yourself. You are not alone. Reach out, grab a lifeline.
