About Me

I have over 30 years of career experience in higher education and ministry and have a passion for helping individuals, leaders, and teams find healthy ways to transcend conflict and make space for their preferred futures. I am a seminary graduate and I have extensive training in Bowen Family Systems Theory, which I utilize in my coaching sessions to help leaders and teams form healthier relationships and organizations. Every conflict can serve as a portal for growth and transformation, with the correct tools and mindset! As a coach, it is my role to assist and support clients as they transcend moments of strife and turn them into a springboard for change.
