About Me

I am a Life Coach and also a Realtor at Coldwell Banker Rector Phillips Morse in Little Rock and am also a licensed social worker. I have had Coaching certification courses in basic coaching, Christian coaching, and Joy Restoration (grief coaching). I work with people individually and in groups and once someone becomes my client, I am available to them by phone/text/email the entire time we're working together.
I also do motivational speaking for groups, churches, and businesses. I have led health/wellness groups and caregiving groups. As a kidney transplant recipient, I have an appreciation for life that is contagious and an understanding of how to live well with a chronic illness.
