About Me

I am a Certified Life and Career Coach with more than 20 years of executive experience leading a statewide non-profit in North Carolina.
My coaching philosophy is our lives are determined by our choices and our decisions. I work with clients to take what might be muddled, and to shed light on clarity that illumines their path by way of a paradigm shift. It is a shift that enables clients to make permanent and positive changes in their lives. They begin to flourish toward their goals as they begin to experience transformation in their viewpoint, feelings, and perception of the world.
I am certified by the Fowler International Academy of Professional Coaching, ICF certified.
Outside of work, I am an accomplished artist and published author of an inspirational book, “There’s More to Life than Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwiches,” with a forward by noted author Dr. Gary Chapman.
I am an alumna of Salem College and attended Wake Forest University for graduate studies in counseling.
