About Me

I am an ICF-credentialed Professional Certified Coach (PCC) newly based in Pennsylvania after 40+ years working in NYC as an IT Professional in International Core Banking. For the last six years, I have been focused on supporting my clients with developing their leadership skills, polishing their leadership style, and furthering their careers.
My career started in Software Development, grew to technical leadership, Solution Architect and Sr. Director of Delivery Management. I have collaborated with people from Asia, Europe and the USA and have a strong understanding of numerous cultures. I have experienced many types of product delivery methodologies and I am certified as a SAFE SPC/RTE as well as an Agile Coach.
I have had an eclectic group of clients ranging from college student to COO's. I have coached people working in IT, HR, Legal, Compliance, Risk Management, Operations, Corporate sales, etc. I have coached neuroscientists, teachers, leaders, and individual contributors and have worked across a variety of sectors, Financial Service, Banking, Leadership Development, Professional Services, Healthcare, Scientific Research, and Hospitality.
In addition to my time at Northeastern University studying Management Information Systems, I have studied multiple coaching models, I am experienced with several assessment tools (DISC, Hogan, Myers Briggs), and I am currently studying Organizational Psychology.
I have been married for 30+ years and have 3 adult children and 4 grandchildren. I love gardening, reading, bike riding, traveling, and recently took up crocheting.
