Hello, my name is Martina Bovet, Career and Life Coach.

After over 20 years working in the corporate world and 10+ years of experience as a Human Resources professional, Head of Human Resources, and Member of the Executive Board, I followed my lifelong passion for helping people reach their goals and pursue their dreams.

People’s emotional and mental well-being has always been a top priority for me. My profound experiences in HR, combined with my coaching skills, shaped me into an incredible listener with deep empathy and compassion.

Throughout my career, I have been privileged to support hundreds of people through challenging personal and professional circumstances - dealing with tragic losses and health-related issues to performance management, personal growth, and career happiness.
