About Me
I work on the principle that I do my work and you do yours!
My work is to become a better coach for you and your work is to get better at achieving your aspirations! So, any coaching relationship we establish needs to be regularly reviewed so that there is ongoing improvement in its effectiveness for both parties.
I only aim to work with about 7/8 clients at anytime as I know from experience this maintains my focus on how best to support you.
I do want to hear from anyone who is ambitious to reach the top or to grow their business significantly. I have helped many clients to Director level and one to Managing Director!
My qualification for this work is 30 plus years of coaching and mentoring including developing over 1000 others to coach and facilitate.
