About Me

Most of us aren't thriving. In fact, most of us are merely surviving. There is a better way to live. Luckily, I have found my purpose in helping others create fulfilling, meaningful lives. As a motivational speaker, professor, coach and happiness expert, I have a unique set of skills to assist you in creating your best life possible. For over 20 years, I have been working in the field of psychology and personal well-being. Throughout this time, I have found that I am most passionate about empowering others to find their strengths, create a fulfilling existence, navigate life transitions and thrive. My clients leave our sessions with actionable tools to increase happiness, well-being, resilience and overall life satisfaction. I have worked with all types of people, from political figures to retirees. Whether it is in an individual session or in a crowd of 500+, my clients have enhanced their overall well-being by learning how to rewire their thoughts and behaviors from negative to positive, understanding the power of vulnerability, increasing positive emotions and ultimately, flourishing. Our work together will get you more focused, optimistic, resilient, and most importantly, happier.

While attaining my M.S. in Counseling Psychology at Northeastern University, I had the pleasure of working with the late Dr. Herbert Benson, founder of the Benson-Henry Institute for Mind Body Medicine at the Massachusetts General Hospital (formerly known as the Mind-Body Medical Institute at Harvard University). I have also trained at the Center for Mind-Body Medicine with Dr. James Gordon in Washington D.C., where I completed the Professional Training Program in Mind-Body Medicine.

Most recently, I completed the ICF-accredited coaching program in executive coaching with Teleos Institute in Philadelphia. I will be receiving my ACC credential in the immediate future.
