About Me

The personal development of my clients is my primary professional interest. We find that through this development our goals seem to come to us and we create a more playful and effective experience.

I have completed two coaching programs (The Hendrix Institute and New Ventures West), am a certified hypnotherapist, an NLP Practitioner, and am a 6 year student of the Diamond Approach path to self-realization.

My coaching work is strongly influenced by mindfulness and hypnosis, which complement each other. The mindfulness encourages our essence and presence to function and the hypnosis skillfully removes the obstacle to functioning.
