About Me

Marita’s philosophy of coaching is wholistic, and her methodology is both ontological and facilitative. She is interested in the overall sustainability of an ecology whether as an individual in a personal sphere, or as an individual or team within the larger sphere of an organization. Specific deliverables reflect the robustness and resilience of a person’s growth through the coaching process.

Marita Bolles has been a professional life coach since 2002. She has trained coaches and leaders within an International Coach Federation (ICF) accredited training program, and works with leaders, teams, coaches and individuals on their professional and personal development. Leadership training, team management, talent development, and personal fulfillment are the cornerstones of her practice. What distinguishes her from other coaches is her resilient–even ridiculous–stand for human beings, and what’s possible for human beings, coupled with a compassionate and playfully creative coaching style.

Marita is also the founder and leader of Whetstone, a development program for advanced coaches. In it, coaches are supported to up level their skills while refining their coaching philosophy by engaging a curriculum of reading and research pulled from other fields (the sciences, philosophy, the arts, sports, etc.).
