About Me

After receiving my M.S.Ed. in social justice based teaching, I spent years teaching Humanities, guiding my students in the art of asking juicy, profound questions. I deeply believe the quality of our questions determines the quality of our lives. One of the central questions of my life has been: "How can I live more imaginatively, in a way that fully embodies my values?"

I transitioned to coaching after taking a year off to travel the world and explore models of other ways of being. The process of expanding my understanding of what lifestyles and ways of thinking were possible was so fulfilling that I knew one of my life purposes would be to share this with others.

I work with clients to help them expand their imaginations on what's possible in their relationships, their lifestyles, their careers, and their relationship with nature. Through this exploration, you come to hear what is truly calling to you underneath the layers of narratives that you inherited from others.

We are taught that high status jobs, a nuclear family, and a materialistically comfortable life will bring the joy and peace that we seek. Unfortunately, this formula makes us good consumers, but not necessarily fulfilled beings.
