About Me

Throughout my career, I've always been passionate about humans. Seeing those 'lightbulbs' go on during coaching sessions is what I live for. All you sometimes need is for someone actively listen without judgement, and help discover and explore solutions with you. I empower my coachees to be the captains of their own ships. I bring the wind and you bring the sails. Decades after coaching individuals, I still hear from them. They tell where they are now and where we started back then. Knowing that I had a small part to play in making them better versions of themselves, validates my own purpose on this earth.
