About Me

I am a Somatic Coach and an IFS Practitioner, passionate about body awareness and mindfulness.
I also work as a business constellation facilitator and systemic coach.
My training includes somatic coaching through The Somatic School in the UK and systemic coaching at the Olde Vechte organisation in Holland.

I’ve delivered trainings within the Erasmus + context for different Non Profit Organisations in Holland, alongside facilitating retreats focused on women’s leadership.

Additionally, I’m a Design Thinking teaching practitioner, integrating body, mind, and systemic insights to foster meaningful growth.
