About Me

I am passionate about empowering people to become a brighter version of themselves and embrace their unique gifts and talents. I see conflict as growth, challenges as opportunities and transparency as the best tool and value to live with integrity.

As a Certified Mediator my favorite sessions involve a high level of emotions. I love to work with couples working on their relationship, whether their conflict has already created chaos or to prevent it! I believe mediation is also a proactive tool to use before conflict gets out of hand as it gives people a safe place to express their needs and wants as they learn to communicate better. I also love to work with people wanting to co-parent fluidly from different households. I have seen miracles happen within the framework of a mediation.

I find that the listening skills I mastered in mediation transfer easily in my coaching practice. I rely not only on my heightened communication skills but also on my ability to remain so neutral that trust happens instantaneously. As an intuitive, I have the unique ability to feel and see and hear the veil that people put over their truth, so I do not let them get away with hiding behind it. Instead, I firmly and compassionately guide them to uncover their deeper selves. I learned to trust the organic flow of a conversation with a client rather than rely on a set program, therefore opting not to be contained by any “thought school”. As a Life Coach, I love to work with people dealing with grief, especially when it comes to accepting death, and those struggling with intimacy. Bringing some light to this essential part of our life and doing so with respect, humor and compassion is key to my practice.

I am equally keen on supporting men and women in re-connecting with their true voice and living by their values, shedding old concepts for a belief system and a way of life that fits them better in the present.
