About Me

They say that fulfilling one’s dreams is one of the most difficult things to do, only because it mostly depends on us. In other words, not a lot of things are impossible if we truly put our minds to it. But too often, the lack of a clear plan or sheer laziness distracts us from pursuing our goals. To keep the single-mindedness and the motivation necessary to succeed, we often need an outside partner. Likewise, the transitional periods in our lives sometimes generate stressful times; facing alone these situations can be a difficult task.
The first step in the coaching journey is listening to you. What are your goals? What is preventing you from realizing them? How is the new situation in your life affecting you?
I will then strive to bring you with an honest and objective assessment of where you stand, something that friends and family (because of their proximity to you) frequently cannot do. Together, we will map out a clear plan forward, including a timetable for success. Along the way, we will make sure that the focus stays with us at all times.
