About Me

I am trained in a number of modalities. I apply client centered approach and intuitively use whatever tools seems to be most appropriate to a specific situation. Specifically I help with identifying your attachment style and applying effective practices to change insecure attachment into secure. Also I do somatic healing to help release emotions that are stuck in the body. As well I teach meditation to help regulate nervous system.
