My passion is helping PEOPLE from behavioral counseling to employment applicants and Hiring teams, weave their way through troubleshooting and problem resolution. Being able to listen and develop trust is key in resolving personal and professional issues.

I hold a Bachelors Degree in Pre-Law with a minor in Psychology and an internship with the Office of Illinois Attorney General, Crime Victims Division. In addition, I have an MBA in Strategic Planning and Behavioral Research. I am adept at AIRS Behavioral Interviewing, Behavioral Research Project Management and have worked as a Corporate Recruiting and HR Consultant for 18 years.
