About Me
My name is Marian Olteanu. I’ve been bullied. I’ve struggled financially. I’ve been inches away from divorce. I used to love drinking alcohol. And I used to be a corporate 9-17 white collar working class "successful" manager.
But I also made it - I found FREEDOM again... Freedom from the anxieties of the past, freedom from alcohol, freedom from the 9-17 life draining schedule. I kept my family close, I now live a life full of love, smiles and financial abundance.

Never forget to learn. Never stop from your evolution process. I went through years of therapy, I became an entrepreneur (consultant for business / marketing strategy) and... I formally became a coach.

For some years I have been looking for an answer to this question: How can tiny changes account for radical differences in achievement?
Scientific research has demonstrated only a 0.1% difference between the genetic make-up of all humans. So, at the level of high-performance, it is the very tiniest of shifts in perspective that play a huge role in distinguishing the highest of achievers in all areas.
This is what I do: I look for these tiny seeds which every person has inside and I help them be aware, understand and mastere these gifts.
