I have studied economics, while my love for the humanities pushed me to complete my studies in life coaching, on the one hand through the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and on the other hand through the international organization AC. In my career so far I have been a managing director and a member of the board of directors of large and successful companies, I teach postgraduate students, while at the same time I maintain and manage my own business. The life coaching services I provide specialize in self-esteem and confidence building in all areas of life.

My experience in the business world and in the free market has led me to appreciate the frequent challenges and learn to manage them. I had not learned to deal with change. Until I realized that my lack of self-esteem and lack of self-confidence was behind every fear I had. Thus, I intensified my personal work of building a healthy and strong relationship with myself, the foundation of which is self-esteem.
