Maria T. Resele MSc & TIST

My journey has been one of resilience, healing, and growth. As a minority immigrant growing up in poverty, I faced cultural shame, rejection, and hardship. A toxic relationship led to over a decade of single motherhood, where I struggled with trauma, anxiety, and chronic sleep challenges while raising my child alone. Determined to break free from this cycle, I spent more than 17 years studying and working across Asia, the Middle East, and Europe, gaining deep insights into trauma recovery, holistic healing, and life coaching.

My training combines somatic therapy, breathwork, neurophysiology, and spirituality. I’ve studied at institutions like the University of Minnesota, MOOC, and Mindvalley, and learned from renowned experts such as Marisa Peer, Janina Fisher, Ariel Schwartz, Peter Levine, and Bessel van der Kolk. Over the years, I developed my own Integrative Somatic Healing approach, blending science-based therapies with ancient wisdom to help my clients reconnect with their inner strength, release trauma, and create lasting transformation.

As a life coach, I use this knowledge to guide my clients toward emotional freedom, self-awareness, and clarity. My mission is to empower others to overcome their struggles, shift limiting beliefs, and make meaningful changes. If I’ve learned one thing from my own journey, it’s that transformation is possible for anyone willing to take the first step—and I’m here to support you every step of the way.
