About Me

Maria T. Resele’s journey is one of resilience and transformation. Growing up as a minority immigrant in poverty, she faced cultural shame, rejection, and hardship. A toxic relationship led to a decade of single motherhood, where she navigated trauma, anxiety, and chronic sleep challenges while raising a child alone. Determined to break free from cycles of pain, she spent over 17 years working across Asia, the Middle East, and Europe, gaining deep insights into trauma recovery, holistic healing, and life coaching.

Trained in somatic therapy, breathwork, neurophysiology, and energy healing, Maria studied with renowned institutions like the University of Minnesota and worked with thought leaders such as Janina Fisher, Ariel Schwartz, Peter Levine, and Bessel van der Kolk. She developed her Integrative Somatic Healing approach, blending science-backed therapies with ancient wisdom to help others reconnect with their inner strength, release trauma, and embrace their own transformation.

As a life coach, Maria integrates her knowledge to guide clients in achieving emotional freedom, self-awareness, and lasting well-being. Drawing from both her personal healing and professional training, she empowers others to overcome their own challenges and create meaningful, lasting change.

Now a proud mother of two and happily married, Maria embodies the wisdom she shares. She integrates bodywork, nervous system regulation, mindful movement, and spiritual alignment into her daily practice. Her life is a testament to the power of healing, showing that transformation is not only possible but achievable for those ready to embark on their own journey.
