About Me

My philosophy is that if you want to have better relationships, you must first be aware of yourself and be able to lead your self to become a better person. You cannot give what you do not have.
I am also a Mental Health advocate, being a sufferer myself I have realized that it had affected my relationship to the point of giving up. A 3rd party came in which cause my relationship to spiral downwards. But with God's grace, we where able to overcome that stage which then lead me to discovering myself and my purpose.
I became a Life Coach and was certified by the Global Institute for Coaches and Entrepreneurs (formerly known as The Life Coach Training Institute) from Dallas Texas.
I am helping clients who are sufferers to better understand themselves so that they create a better environment for their relationships and I also help those suffering from pain cause by infidelity to be able to move on and continue with a harmonious relationship with their partners.
In life, we cannot take out risks as everyday is a risk but we can live better if we chose to do so through self-leadership.
