About Me

I have been coaching for 6 yrs professionally. Trained in Non-Violent Communication and and various other communication techniques, I offer a unique perspective and style of engagement. My favorite client is one who is on the path of self improvement and personal evolution and wants to go deeper, and who is willing to play very big.

As a Certified Laughter Yoga leader, my perspective is that our personal work doesn't have to be all serious, in fact it is better when we can laugh at ourselves in a way that leaves us open to curious observation.

I like to have fun, to laugh a lot, and to really deeply question the stories that keep you stuck, unsuccessful, and lonely. I believe you have all the answers with in, I shine the light to help you see them.
