Reviews
Despite having had a governance role in public companies, I had little knowledge about how to actually start and run a business. Being an employee is considerably different then owning the business. I needed to clarify who is the ideal customer, what services will be offered, how to price the services and of course what processed were needed to open the doors. Margaret helped me to clarify my "why" and why it matters. Using open ended questions and reflective listening techniques, Margaret ensured that I had clarity over what I was creating and how to do it. Margaret is a wonderful listener and is not shy to ask you to dig deeper for an answer. She encouraged me to set goals and dates to achieve these goals. She always checked in to see how things were progressing. I have been working with Margaret for over a year now and at the end of each session I am pleasantly surprised at the clarity gained, the goals set and ideas of what we may explore at the next session. My personal training business has now been operating for over a year. She helped me to appreciate the sales funnel and the need to scale my business. Most importantly tho, she taught me to respect the boundaries in my business. For any entrepreneur, this is critical. Margaret is a kind, supportive and empathetic coach. I highly recommend her.
