About Me

After more than 40 years in a successful corporate career, I am now focusing on coaching. Although I’ve coached individuals throughout my entire career, and through leadership activities at the Wright Foundation it had not been a focus for me.  Upon my job elimination in 2021 from a large financial firm, it became clear I wanted to pursue this new path as a coach.  As a result, I completed my International Coaching Federation ACC certification, and I am pursuing my Master’s Degree in Coaching and Transformational Leadership.  I have the good fortune of bringing what I am learning academically with my business experience to help people make transformational changes in their personal and professional lives. My company, MMD Coaching specializes in empowering individuals to navigate through life's transitions with less downtime and an authentic, centered direction.  I bring diverse experience and strategic planning combined with insightful intuition to guide individuals through discovery internally so they can soar externally. I work in collaboration with individuals to become centered on what is important to the individual in their own life and/or career, to strategically prepare and rise to their next great adventure.
