About Me

For more than 25 years I have been passionately devoting myself to my work as a coach and lecturer, with my focus on adult education. My professional basis is solid training as a movement and body therapist, which I deepened by studying anthropology, history and medical history. My expertise extends across a wide range of coaching offerings, including body therapy, breathing techniques, mental training, communication strategies and body psychotherapy.

Services:
In my work I offer individual coaching in the areas of personality development, trauma therapy and communication training. My goal is to inspire and transform people so that they can recognize and use their own strengths. My particular strengths lie in analysis, conversation management and character studies. With a keen eye for detail and a high degree of empathy, I quickly recognize the deep needs of my clients and accompany them on their path to change.

I approach my work with a positive and humorous attitude, always striving to offer my clients the best possible service. My goal is to create a space where personal growth and development can occur in a natural and sustainable way. I attach great importance to warmth, openness and a deep understanding of my clients' individual challenges and goals.
