About Me

With a career of over 25 years’ experience in senior and executive leadership roles, I have the proven ability to support the professional development of my coachee.
I am a resilient, reliable and credible business development executive with a track record of coaching and mentoring individuals to ensure their long term success.
Based in the East of England, I work throughout the UK (and the Middle East), and offer coaching either face to face or online. I work with senior leaders aspiring to make the transition to an executive role to unlock their potential and help them achieve their goals.
I’ve always enjoyed working with a wide variety of people throughout my professional life, and continue to be motivated by the growth and success of individuals and organisations.
It’s that very same collaborative and partnership-based approach, that now underpins the relationship I enjoy with every coachee that I work with.
My approach to coaching is one that recognises the uniqueness of an individual, and understands that we all develop, learn and address opportunities and challenges in different ways.
Before becoming a coach, I worked across a number of healthcare organisations, focusing on leading service improvement, strategy implementation and change management. Each role I performed was centred around inspiring people to develop their full potential to achieve their objectives. It is that passion, combined with my range of skills and experience, that now runs throughout my coaching practice.
I am a qualified medical practitioner with multiple professional accreditation acquired over 25 years in medical practice including senior management and leadership positions.
This unique and diverse background sets me apart from other coaches and allowed me to gain significant insight into the coaching process.
