About Me
I have spent the past 21 years as a professional/collegiate football coach, speaker, personal coach and leadership trainer. Furthermore, I have also had the privilege of co-authoring of the international best seller, “10 Discussions for Effective Leadership”.
Throughout my life and career, the majority of people I meet or work with want to be the absolute best they can. My experience has been that they just lack the structure and support needed to have the lives they always dreamed of.

Leadership Coach
Have you always wanted to become a better leader in the workplace and at home?
The training material that we will work on comes directly from my book and accompanying workbook "10 Discussions for Effective Leadership". Each chapter and exercise is a self-analysis and discussion on your leadership abilities in that area. This is not a how to concept. Rather an analysis of your strengths and areas to improve. It is a collaboration between the two of us.
Career Coach
Are you constantly thinking about that dream job?
As an RPR, (Registered Professional Recruiter) we will work together to develop a plan that arms you with all the necessary requirements to get the position you have always wanted. We will utilize my Time Management - Growth Tool to define and acquire the skill sets you will need to increase your earning potential. Our focus will be on your Professional development quadrants.
Life Coach
Does your schedule never leave time to develop you as a person?
As your life coach, we will work out a plan that meets all your needs personally and professionally. We will utilize the Time Management - Growth Tool to deposit into your Personal development quadrants. Furthermore, we will blend some of our Career and Leadership training to be sure you will improve at being the well rounded person you have always wanted to be.
