I was also an original builder of FocalPoint Coaching in 2004, helping professionals to become successful business coaches throughout North America and around the world.

My passion lies in unlocking human potential by personally coaching professionals or business owners 1on1, or by partnering with business leaders, executives and teams to facilitate spectacular results supporting their growth, goals and culture.
