About Me

Welcome to my holistic healing practice! I am a certified Life Coach, EMDR practitioner, Somatic Mind-Body Integration Practitioner, with 25 years of experience as a Reiki Master/Teacher. I am also a certified Homeopath, having completed my studies at the London School of Homeopathy in Egypt.

In addition to my healing practices, I bring over three decades of experience in 12-step recovery, providing a unique perspective on healing and personal growth. My academic background includes a BA in Art and an MSc in Mathematics, and I have dedicated 15 years to teaching mathematics and English as a foreign language.

My approach to healing is intuitive and empathic, grounded in scientific principles. I am also a passionate outdoor enthusiast, having completed five marathons and enjoying hiking and backpacking. My certifications include Wilderness First Aid and CPR, ensuring that I prioritize safety in all outdoor activities.

As a practitioner of Shinrin Yoku (forest bathing) sylvotherapy, and aromatherapy, I integrate nature and wellness into my practice. I also explore movement through dance and various holistic modalities to support my clients' journeys toward healing and self-discovery.
