About Me

My philosophy is “being coaching and not doing Coaching” Hence, the key focus in the process is on exploring the client’s current state and ideal state, the desired outcome, and then exploring possibilities by probing and asking challenging questions to push the client to own their solutions and take actions. people can create value for self- they need to be supported in their journey with the required tools and techniques. I also strongly advocate that each one of us can facilitate change for self and a ripple effect can be created for others. One can never swim in their own waters and hence one has to take the faith of lead on one self’s development journey
