About Me

I'm a life coach and journalist. I hold an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and have more than 15 years of experience at an international news organization as a reporter, producer, editor, and program host. As your dating coach, I will help you find the right partner using a holistic approach to coaching. While it may be true that we get what we focus on, and not what we want, first we need to know what we want. This will be our starting point for creating a partnership where our mission is to help you articulate and achieve your goals to become your best self.

Dating can be complicated and, at times, overwhelming. We’ve all been there! My contribution to your self-growth is to help you identify blind spots and setbacks in your life, so that you can overcome them with confidence. I will help you to achieve your love goals as we take an honest look at what’s working and what’s not while staying true to your core values. Together we will compose a new internal dialogue you can use to become, and find, a better partner.

As a journalist, the 5Ws1H (who, what, when, where, why and how) provide the basics of reporting, writing and submitting a compelling story on deadline. Finding a life partner is like conducting an interview. If you go in prepared, focused, flexible and ready to listen, you will come back with a clear understanding of how to develop your own story. I’ll guide you through the process of change and provide the tools, techniques, and feedback to support you moving forward.
