Mandana is a very skilled coach and mentor who has a natural ability to uplift others through her lively personality and genuine desire to support those who seek it. In addition to her extensive knowledge and experience in coaching, her listening skills, powerful questioning, and her aim to assist me in moving towards my goals have helped me gain many important insights about myself and my situation. She provided me with the space that I needed to reflect on and acknowledge my current strengths and resources, which guided me in finding solutions, enabling me to reach my session and overall goals.

I met Mandana at the Female Factor. Since our first meeting we are in constant exchange. Through her authentic and honest manner, she has become an important person of trust for me. Mandana is very motivating and has always great tips and ideas. She has an impressive network in Austria as well as abroad. I can highly recommend Mandana as a coach and mentor.
