About Me
You know you have it in you! But something’s preventing you from living to your fullest potential.
Picture this: You’re a promising leader who just received the best news of your career. You’ve been promoted and assigned an exciting new multi-million-dollar project. You’re full of ideas and raring to go!
But as the project progresses, you feel overwhelmed with all the balls you’re juggling. There’re conflicts in your team and with external teams that you sorely depend on. Your boss is tough on you and your team, and team morale is plummeting. Before you know it, you’re putting out fires daily, working yourself into the ground, and still have no time to come up for air.
That was me a few years back!
I struggled alone for a long time and finally reached out to a mentor. She guided me, motivated me, and helped me get clarity. I slowed down, reflected deeply, and finally turned things around.
Looking back, I wish I had a coach! Someone committed to my professional success and long-term personal growth. Someone who could be my guide, confidant, and a sounding board. Out of that wish was born my dedication to coaching leaders such as you so that You don’t have to do it alone!
It’s my mission to help leaders uncover their highest, boldest, and most authentic potential and translate it into action. If this sounds like something you want, I’ll tailor my Trailblazing Leader program to your goals. Together we’ll get clarity on what’s getting in your way, develop your vision, build new habits, and boldly follow through.
I bring a deep and experiential understanding of leadership to my work owing to my 16 years of corporate experience as a leader in culturally diverse and ever-changing environments. I merged my experience with my passion for developing people by becoming a certified leadership coach at the highly esteemed Georgetown University’s Institute of Transformational Leadership.
My client portfolio spans Fortune 100 companies, startups, and non-profits.

My coaching journey with Manasi was very productive. Manasi was methodical and followed a structured approach to coaching me. The choice of probing questions used by Manasi during our sessions helped me deep-dive and introspect further to get to the root of the challenges and find the most suitable alternative solutions for the scenarios we discussed. The coaching sessions helped me develop a thought process that helps me look at different perspectives on a given scenario. Thank you, dear Manasi, for the wonderful and enriching conversations during the coaching sessions. The takeaways from these sessions will propel me further in my professional as well as personal life.

Manasi's coaching sessions came at the most opportune time in my career just as I had been asked to take on a big leadership role. Throughout my journey with Manasi, she helped me to dig deep within and find insights and solutions to the challenges I faced. Through her process she helped me identify what type of a leader and manager I wanted to be. Her calm, inquisitive and non-judgmental manner created a safe space that allowed me to introspect, plan and grow in an authentic way. This was my first experience with executive coaching and would highly recommend it. This process gave me more confidence in my abilities and empowered me to find my authentic style of leadership.

I am a first line engineering leader in a large tech company. I have been juggling with many issues in my life and career - GenAI, pandemic, acquisition. attrition, work life balance as a working mother. The sessions with Manasi gave me priceless self-awareness and as a result my priorities in the foreseeable future are crystal clear. Before these coaching sessions, I was struggling with all the issues and contemplating multiple ways to deal with them without really weighing the pros and cons or really understanding the consequences of my actions. Manasi is a good listener and has a huge body of experience in the tech industry. She was able to arrive at the crux of my problems very quickly and was able to provide actionable advice that I could immediately put into action.

Manasi is a calm, focused, and professional coach. She acknowledges and coaches your 'inner' leader from a place of curiosity and compassion. Working with Manasi, you see that leadership isn't a role. It's a way of being and showing up in the world. She gives her clients plenty of space to unpack their thoughts before reflecting on what they should do with them. Without fail, she creates accountability frameworks in her sessions, ensuring that words become actions. Thanks, Manasi, you have been brilliant!

Manasi is a bright and kind coach. She knows how to get you to think through some of the answers to your own questions, and if you need a little push, she will be able to provide a very thoughtful and insightful perspective and also really helpful resources. I love how she makes you find the answers by asking just the right question. It is truly a skill, also I really appreciate how even keeled she is, that can make a huge difference, and makes it really easy to open up and be vulnerable. I truly enjoyed my sessions with Manasi. I always felt energized and confident on my leadership after our meetings, and I also felt encouraged and ready to take on the challenge and work on things that I needed to work on.
