Hey, I'm Manar. I've been working 100% online, with people from around the world, for 2 years as a life coach & hypnotherapist. I specialize in helping people who grew up in narcissistic or toxic households achieve their career, life, and relationship goals. I grew up in one myself, and that's why I left my country and now work online.

My approach: helping you see the answers. Manar is an Arabic word for "lighthouse," and I aspire to live by my name.
