About Me

Relationships are my passion! I began studying people, relationships, and health at Indiana University (IU) where I received an undergraduate degree in Human Development and Family Studies and a Masters in Public Health. At IU, I worked at the Center for Sexual Health Promotion. After receiving my masters degree, I moved to Oregon and worked in local and state public health for over a decade.

I decided to turn my passion into a career and became a Thriving Relationship Coach through the Center for Thriving Relationships. I use the research-based frameworks of The Developmental Model of Couples Therapy, Gottman Method, attachment theory and am deeply influenced by the work of Esther Perel. My strengths-based approach is rooted in science and infused with mindfulness and humor.
